From the complaints over Victoria's Secret having an "American Indian-inspired" line in their show this year, to the crybabies whining in this article, it seems that more and more people in the United States that simply have taken being hypersensitive to perceived slights to ridiculous new heights.
The team decided to dress as "The Little Rascals" and the one who dressed as the character Buckwheat--wait for it--had the nerve to put on makeup to complete the outfit! Gasp! Oh, the HORROR! The white FEMALE who decided to dress as a black MALE character put on makeup to make herself look black because THE CHARACTER SHE DRESSED UP AS IS SUPPOSED TO BE BLACK!
Sorry--I'm not seeing any rational reason to take offense at this Halloween costume. Some people REALLY need to put on their "big boy (or girl) pants," get a sense of humor and TRY not to be offended at EVERY LITTLE THING.
